Hela: of Mice & Magic is a third-person open-world adventure with no combat whatsoever. There are no enemies to fight, no damage to take and no death screen built around being hit. What replaces it is a physical world built at mouse scale, where a fallen branch is a bridge, a puddle is a lake, and the main verb is figuring out how to get something heavy from one place to another.
The loop runs: forage for ingredients, brew them into remedies, help the creatures you meet, and restore the harmony of a landscape inspired by northern Sweden. Movement is the Froggy backpack, a magical frog that glides, swings and carries, plus the Shade System's copies of your own mouse.
Reading it honestly
The game has not shipped. What exists to judge is a demo built as a separate side story, roughly thirty to sixty minutes long, plus six trailers on the Steam page. That is enough to describe movement, puzzle grammar and tone, and not enough to say anything about length, difficulty curve or the late game.
